  • 2 green cardamom

  • 1 tbsp. or 7-8 munakka

  • This should take 5-6 minutes on medium heat.
  • Then, add the remainder of the ingredients into it.
  • Then, let it boil on simmer for a minimum of 15-20 minutes.
  • The water will reduce, so adjust the measure consistent with you.
  • Place 1 tsp honey in a cup and strain the kadha.
  • Sip when warm.

  • Cook until soft.

  • Then, place a fine-mesh sieve over a large bowl and pour mixture over it.
  • Press the mixture with a spatula to get maximum juice out of it. Discard the pulp.

  • Pour ¼ cup of water.
